The legacy tool made it difficult for users to find internal experts efficiently.
The interface lacked responsive behavior, creating usability issues on mobile devices.
Accessibility compliance was inconsistent.
Filters and search interactions required too many steps to reach relevant profiles.
We needed to design a streamlined, inclusive, and consistent experience that could serve all users—regardless of device or ability level.
